Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of masoudx.com and the platforms operated by MX Technology under the MASOUD X brand (CFO Intelligence, Tasks, FamTodo and FamilyGR). By using the website or a platform you agree to them.
1. About us and the platforms
MASOUD X is the brand of MX Technology (إم إكس تكنولوجي). Each platform may have its own terms, plans and policies shown inside it; those apply to that platform in addition to these terms.
2. Accounts
- Give accurate information and keep your password and verification codes private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Accounts for children are created and supervised by a parent or guardian on the platforms designed for families.
- Company accounts are controlled by the company owner, who is responsible for the members they invite.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or upload content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, infringing or that you have no right to share;
- try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, test our security without written permission, or bypass limits and protections;
- send spam, malware, or automated traffic that overloads the service, or scrape the website or platforms;
- use the service to harass, deceive or harm others, or to collect their personal data without a lawful basis;
- resell or copy the service, or use it to build a competing product.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove content that violates them.
4. AI features
All MASOUD X platforms include AI-assisted features. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong; review them before relying on them. They are not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. Sensitive actions suggested by an assistant always require your confirmation.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the data and files you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to run, secure and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Payments
Prices, plans and taxes are shown on each platform before payment. Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The MASOUD X name and logo, the platform names, logos, designs, software and website content belong to MX Technology or its licensors. You may not use them without written permission.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the services available and secure, but they are provided “as is” and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending use
You can stop using a platform and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, with notice where reasonable.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue amicably.
11. Platform-specific terms
CFO Intelligence — finance platform
- Reports, statements, KPIs and the MX assistant’s explanations are calculated from the files and figures you upload. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for checking results before using them.
- CFO Intelligence is an analysis tool; it is not an accounting, audit, tax or investment service and does not replace a qualified accountant or auditor.
- The organisation owner controls which users can see which companies and is responsible for the access they grant.
- Beta: CFO Intelligence is currently offered as a beta to a limited number of organisations. Features, limits and plans may change during the beta, and the service may be paused briefly for maintenance.
- Shared demo: the shared demo contains fictional data for viewing only. Do not enter real company or personal data in it.
FamTodo — families
- A parent or guardian creates the family account and children’s profiles, supervises children’s use, and is responsible for the information added about them.
- Children sign in with a PIN set by the parent. Parents decide which teachers may be linked to their children and can remove a link at any time.
FamTodo — teacher dashboard
- Teachers must give accurate identity and payout details and may only teach and contact students through the platform’s tools.
- A teacher can access a family child only after a parent approves the link. Teachers may use students’ data only to teach, assess and report to the family, and may not copy, share or use it for any other purpose.
- Teachers are responsible for the lessons, exams, videos and other content they publish, and must have the right to use it. Content and messages may be reviewed when reported.
- The platform fee (if any) is shown in the teacher dashboard before it applies. Teachers can request payouts up to their available balance; payouts are reviewed before transfer, and refunded orders are deducted from earnings.
Tasks
- The company owner controls the workspace, invites members and guests, and is responsible for what they share. Platform administrators do not read the content of tasks or files.
- Guest links give limited access to specific tasks; share them only with the intended person and revoke them when no longer needed.
FamilyGR
- The family owner sets each member’s permissions and is responsible for the data added about family members, including children.
- Health, care and document sections help you organise your own records; they are not medical, legal or official advice. FamilyGR is currently in beta and features may change.
12. Changes and contact
